Select a specific Just Transition policy or project that is currently active or recently completed in your region, such as a coal mine closure plan, a regional renewable energy roadmap, or a workforce retraining program, and evaluate it using the STEP Index Excel Tool by completing the four observation sheets, ensuring that all descriptors are chosen via the provided drop-down menus based on available evidence:

Dimension 1: Objective and setup of the process.

Dimension 2: Inclusiveness and stakeholder identification.

Dimension 3: Engagement methods, planning, and implementation.

Dimension 4: Consequences of participation, influence, and monitoring.
Then review the results in the Dashboard tab, looking at both the Numeric Overview Table with scores for each dimension and sub-indicator and the Spiderweb (Radar) Diagram illustrating the overall engagement process.
